Peace Of Mind
You get on with running your business. We keep your site updated, backed up and watched, and we let you know if anything needs your attention.
Updates, backups and monitoring handled for you, every month.
A website needs looking after. Plugins go out of date, security fixes come out and content needs updating. Left alone, small problems turn into big ones.
Our maintenance plans take care of it for you. From £29 a month we handle minor website changes, image optimisation, security updates, plugin updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring and malware protection.
Most of the sites we look after run on WordPress, where out-of-date plugins are one of the most common reasons sites break or get hacked. A care plan also keeps things like speed and accessibility in check. Our guides to Core Web Vitals and website accessibility explain why that matters. Pair maintenance with premium hosting and one team looks after the lot.
You get on with running your business. We keep your site updated, backed up and watched, and we let you know if anything needs your attention.
Updates, backups and monitoring handled for you, every month.
We apply security and plugin updates, check the site still works after each update and keep a daily backup. Uptime monitoring tells us if the site goes down, so problems can be dealt with quickly, often before you notice.
Small changes are part of the plan too, such as updating text, swapping images or adding a new photo. If you need something bigger, we give you a clear quote first.
An out-of-date WordPress site is one of the easiest targets for hackers, and a broken plugin can take a site offline without warning. A maintenance plan keeps things safe and working, and costs far less than fixing a hacked or broken website.
Essentials is £29 a month and includes 30 minutes of monthly updates. It suits a small brochure site that rarely changes. Standard, at £119 a month, adds unlimited website edits around the clock, plus security, mobile and image optimisation. That suits businesses that change prices, staff or offers often. Every plan keeps the basics covered, including weekly WordPress updates, uptime monitoring, emergency support and cloud backups four times a day.
Ultimate is £159 a month. It adds speed optimisation, management of e-commerce plugins and complete malware removal if anything gets through. Most online shops belong on Ultimate, because a broken checkout plugin costs sales. If you are not sure which fits, tell us how often your site changes and we will point you to the right one. If your site changes over time, we can review the plan with you.
A maintenance plan looks after the website you already have. It does not include content writing, redesigns, new pages or new features. Writing a new service page, building a booking system or giving the site a fresh look are separate pieces of work, and we quote them separately. You get a clear price and a plan for the work before anything starts, and you decide whether to go ahead.
This keeps your monthly cost predictable and avoids surprises on either side. Edits on the Standard and Ultimate plans mean changes to existing content, such as text, images and contact details. If your site needs more than updates, we can price a refresh or a new build through our website builds service. Small jobs that fall in between are discussed with you first.
